Prayer breakfast: ‘An opportunity to reaffirm our faith’

One of the biggest events on the local Catholic calendar takes place at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels Sept. 20 as the seventh annual Los Angeles Catholic Prayer Breakfast welcomes the archdiocese’s new leader, Archbishop José Gomez, and presents its first female keynote speaker, Dr. Carolyn Woo, incoming CEO and president of Catholic Relief Services.
