Homeboy Industries opens new facility

text only version

GRAND OPENING --- Jesuit Father Greg Boyle, Homeboy Industries employees and supporters celebrated the grand opening and dedication of the new Homeboy Industries facility Oct. 2. Located at 130 West Bruno Street in downtown Los Angeles, the 21,000-square-foot center houses a new bakery, café, merchandizing store and gang intervention services including tattoo removal, job training and case management. Because the dedication occurred near press time Oct. 2, The Tidings will offer a full report next week.
