Theology on Tap begins

The four-week young adult summer series, "Renew Theology on Tap," begins July 15. The schedule for the first two weeks:

Santa Barbara, Sacred Heart Church, Ventura. (July 15, 7 p.m.): "Relationships and Love," Floy Hawkins; (July 22, 7 p.m.): "Deciding Your Purpose in Life," Fr. Jim Forsen.

San Fernando, St. John Baptist de la Salle Church, Granada Hills. (July 15, 7 p.m.): "The Parish: What Kind of Animal Is It?" Bishop Gerald Wilkerson; (July 22, 7 p.m.): "Catholicism and Judaism: An Evening of Sharing Faith," Msgr. Jim Gehl and Rabbi Jennifer Flam.

San Pedro, Our Lady of Refuge Church, Long Beach. (July 17, 7 p.m.): "Total Fitness for the 21st Century: Body, Mind and Spirit," Fr. Alexander Lewis; (July 24, 7 p.m.): "Sharing the Faith in Love vs. Verbal Confrontation," Juliette Marsh-Williams.

San Gabriel, Holy Family Church, South Pasadena. (July 18, 7 p.m.): "Taking Care of God's Gift of Creation," Sr. Marilyn Rudy and Sr. Maureen Murray; (July 25, 7 p.m.): "Does Your Love Rock? Understanding Healthy Relationships," Georgiana Rodiger.

Our Lady of the Angels, St. Mary Magdalene Church, Los Angeles. (July 19, 7:30 p.m.): "A Roadmap for Lasting Love and Relationships," Michael DiPaolo: (July 26, 7:30 p.m.): "The Secret: Discovering God's Plan For Us Through Prayer," Juliette Marsh-Williams.
