COLLABORATIVE LEGACY -- Ronaldo Cruz is the retiring executive director of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' Secretariat for Hispanic Affairs. He joined the secretariat in 1988. He told Catholic News Service that if he had a legacy to leave, it was bringing a more collaborative approach to Hispanic ministry in the U.S. church.
