AT SUPREME COURT --- Abortion opponents demonstrate in front of the U.S. Supreme Court last November as justices heard oral arguments in two cases challenging the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003. In a 5-4 ruling April 18 the Supreme Court upheld the federal law banning the procedure known as partial-birth abortion.
