ON PATROL --- U.S. soldiers of the 61st Cavalry Regiment and Iraqi national policemen patrol a suburb of Baghdad, Iraq, March 7. In a March 7 statement, Network, a Catholic social justice lobby, and 34 other prominent religious and social justice organizations asked for support from members of Congress to strengthen U.S. efforts to stabilize and rebuild Iraq.
