IN AMMAN --- Iraqi refugees walk on the street in Amman, Jordan, Feb. 13. Many Iraqi refugees are afraid to venture outside their homes during the day for fear of being caught. Catholic groups are helping to meet the basic needs of refugees, who arrive with no legal status and no rights.
