NEW SAINT --- St. Raphael Guizar Valencia, canonized Oct. 15 at the Vatican, is the great, great, great, great uncle of Jessica Cantu. The Mexican bishop dedicated his life to preaching and ministering to the poor, despite government opposition to the church's activities; he died in 1938.
