IN KANSAS --- Dancers entertain at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Wichita, after a May 1, 2005 Mass. The Diocese of Wichita --- where parish collections there are triple the national average and no child attending Catholic school has to pay tuition --- was cited as an example of good stewardship practices and policies in a recent national study of diocesan finances.
