PROUD SON --- Father Antonio Garnica, Jr. is the oldest of nine children born to Antonio and Maria Elena Garnica. Antonio Sr., who first came to the U.S. under the bracero program, lives in Fillmore. He and his wife are pictured in 1960, soon after they immigrated to the U.S. A third photo shows Antonio Garnica, Sr. as a young man.
