The annual Building Inclusive Communities (BIC) through Mindful Cross-Cultural Interaction Summer Institute will be held this year in three regions, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sessions will be June 10, at St. Mary Magdalen Church, Camarillo; July 29 at the Archdiocesan Catholic Center, Los Angeles; and Aug. 5 at St. Bernard Church, Bellflower.
BIC is an immersion experience that brings diverse peoples into a learning environment that values differences and addresses cultural and ethnic realities found within community and church settings. This year's talks will focus on Inclusive Communication Skills and Spirituality for Inclusive Leadership.
