LIVING WAGE TO SMALL FARMERS --- A Nicaraguan farmer displays coffee beans in the "oro," or gold stage, before being roasted. The beans are destined for sale through the fair-trade company Equal Exchange, which sells coffee products at prices that pay a living wage to growers. Catholic Relief Services is working with Equal Exchange to promote the coffee to Catholic parishes in the United States.
