CHANCELLOR DIES --- St. Joseph of Carondelet Sister Cecilia Louise Moore, the first woman chancellor of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and former president of Mount St. Mary's College, died April 5 in Los Angeles after a long battle with cancer. Cardinal Roger Mahony called Sister Moore one of his "closest confidants" and a most effective leader.
