Honoring womanhood at Dolores Mission

Several hundred women participated in the 6th annual women's conference at Dolores Mission Church in Boyle Heights Aug. 14. This year's theme was about mothers and daughters living lives of dignity and learning to insist on being treated with respect in all areas of their lives. The day of reflection included guest speakers, workshops and music.
