KofC chapter names officers

San Gabriel Region News
text only version

The San Gabriel Valley Chapter of the Knights of Columbus recently elected new officers for the 26 councils in the San Gabriel area.

New officers include: Adam Trevino from Holy Name of Mary Church in San Dimas, president; Joe Salaiz, Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Los Angeles, vice-president; Chris Scotti, Nativity Church in El Monte, secretary; Jim Baker, St. Angela Merici Church in Brea, treasurer; and Peter Lamendola, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Pasadena, marshall.

As the largest lay Catholic organization in the world, the Knights of Columbus are Catholic men who serve the church and their community through a large variety of service projects. Over 530 local councils exist in California alone. For more information, visit www.kofc-sgvchapter.org or call Gene Hays, Public Relations Chairman, at (626) 354-4297.
