Participants at the two-day workshops will receive hands-on, practical ideas for enlivening religious education programs at the parish level. Topics covered at the confirmation specialization include: adolescent development, classroom management, confirmation "process," media presentation, lesson planning, and ministry/prayer/ritual with youth. Individual registration forms and a $25 per person fee must be sent by Aug. 20 to the archdiocesan Office of Religious Education, 3424 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90010-2202.
