St. Elizabeth Ann Seton welcomes Youth Rally March 27

San Gabriel Region
text only version

"Who do you say I am?" is the question posed in Matthew 16:15, and it's also the main message of the annual St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church Youth Rally 2004 set to take place March 27 at the Rowland Heights parish.

With a theme of "To Know Him More" rally organizers are inviting all young Catholic-Christians to join in the celebrations that will involve skits, talks, live music and testimonials.

More than 20 youth groups and ministries from Southern California have signed up to attend the one-day event. Organizers stress that because of the rally's popularity, participants are encouraged to purchase tickets soon, since the event is expected to be sold out.

Beginning in 1995 with "United We Stand, Divided We Fall," the SEAS Youth Ministry has been uniting youth from all over Los Angeles, Ventura and San Diego Counties. From 2000's theme of "There's Something About Mary" to 2003's "We Are Called," the SEAS Youth Ministry has truly been "Making a Difference...One Soul At a Time."

Tickets are $10 and the rally takes place from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Hall is located at 1835 Larkvane Road in Rowland Heights. For more information, call (909) 967-6490 or visit http://youthrally.solrh.com.
